Rachel Murakoshi-Singer

I have always been captivated by the power of visual communication across different cultures and languages. Growing up in various countries, including Japan and Australia, and now studying design in the cultural epicenter of New York, I have drawn inspiration from many diverse and unique environments.

Being bilingual in English and Japanese I interact deeply with various cultures which has allowed me to stand at the intersection of contrasting worlds, a perspective that is vividly reflected in my work. My love for diverse cultures has deeply influenced my work, pushing me to explore various media, styles, and techniques.

As a rising Senior at Pratt Institute in New York, I am pursuing a degree in Communication Design, encompassing graphic design and illustration. Through my studies and multicultural experiences, I aim to create visually compelling and culturally resonant designs.
